Make your own homemade fizzy bath bombs infused with CBD and therapeutic grade essential oils. Aromatherapy CBD bath bombs are a great way to relax and get some relief. You can get creative with this recipe and mix in your favorite essential oils and dried herbs, flowers or food coloring and glitter. These make great gifts and are fun to make. Turn your bath into a luxurious aromatherapy soak with added relief from Epsom salts and CBD isolate. This recipe makes about 4 bath bombs.

Ingredients and Supplies:

  • 1 cup of baking soda
  • ½ cup of Epsom salts
  • ½ cup of corn starch
  • ½ cup of citric acid (This makes bath bombs fizz!)
  • 3 teaspoons of Cruz Hemp CBD Jojoba Carrier oil
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Essential oils (Any essential oils you want)
  • Optional: food coloring, glitter, dried flowers, etc.
  • Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Jar
  • Bath bomb mold or cupcake tin

Instructions:

Start with a dry bowl and whisk.

Place your dry bath bomb ingredients into bowl – Epsom salt, citric acid, baking soda, corn starch. Add in your “flair”- glitter, dried flowers, etc.

Whisk together evenly

In a small jar, combine all your wet ingredients: water, essential oils, Jojoba oil, and food coloring(optional). Close lid tightly on the jar and shake until completely mixed.

Slowly add the liquid mixture to the dry mix, one small spoon at a time and mix in between. Do not pour liquid in too fast or the mixture will start to fizz.

Whisk all ingredients together until there are no clumps.

Squeeze some in your hand. It should hold its shape when you release your grip. If it doesn’t, add a little bit more water.

The consistency should feel like damp sand.

Pack the mixture tightly into your molds or cupcake tins. Do this step quickly.

Put together the two halves of your molds.

Leave out to dry for 24 hours. Don’t open the molds during the drying process.

Share this recipe with friends or turn your creations into gifts.

Enjoy your CBD bath bombs!
